1. Initial Enquiry
Following your initial enquiry, we can either provide you with a budget quotation and technical information for your project if you know what type of flooring you require, or arrange a site survey to advise on flooring suitable for your application.
2. Site Survey
One of our technical team will visit your site to undertake a full site survey. We will look at your requirements and offer floor solutions to encompass anticipated use, life span, site conditions for installation and the overall aesthetic look you want to achieve. A full quotation will be provided including surface preparation, remedial levelling of the existing substrate if required and installation of the floor system suited to your project requirements.
3. Health and Safety
Our team will issue all necessary risk assessments and method statements for the installation process. Our comprehensive insurances provide cover for the works installation and liabilities throughout the process.
4. Surface Preparation
Your existing substrate will be thoroughly prepared using the best suited method dependent on the existing surface conditions and any existing finishes and the final finish required. Generally, we use our HTC dust free grinding fleet to mechanically prepare substrates through diamond grinding. On larger areas, vacuum controlled captive blasting is sometimes a more economic preparation solution especially for heavy duty trowel applied polyurethane screeds where a more profiled surface texture is required for successful installation.
5. Installation of the System
Once the surface has been prepared, our trained knowledgeable project teams can commence laying and installation of your chosen system. From resin coatings to high performance polyurethane toppings, our teams have extensive knowledge of our manufacturing partners floor systems so you can be sure your floor is in great hands.
6. Handover and Aftercare
Once your floor is complete we will provide you with cleaning and maintenance information to ensure your floor is kept in the best possible condition. We can even assist with cleaning machine selection and advice and offer longer term maintenance solutions such as periodic re-coating schedules for any floor systems that have lifecycle extension options.
