Flooring installation for warehouses, factories and distribution centres
Ecoflor installs warehouse flooring and factory floor finishes for commercial and industrial premises. We help you assess the existing surface and choose preparation, repairs and a finish around the way your site operates.
Request a warehouse or factory flooring quote with your location, approximate floor area, traffic requirements and preferred programme.
Specify the floor around your operations
Forklifts, pallet trucks, pedestrians, storage areas and production equipment place different demands on a floor. Share the traffic patterns, loading, cleaning routine and likely spillages so the system can be matched to the working conditions.
For racking aisles or automated equipment, provide the required floor tolerances and equipment specifications. Levels and flatness need to be assessed and agreed for the project; one general tolerance should not be assumed suitable for every warehouse layout.
Warehouse and factory flooring options
- Floor painting and coatings for suitable prepared substrates, including agreed colour zones and markings.
- Epoxy resin coatings selected around traffic, cleaning and appearance.
- Levelling and resurfacing where levels or surface condition need improvement.
- Industrial resin systems where the operating conditions call for a different build-up or performance specification.
Refurbishing an existing warehouse floor
Worn coatings, damaged areas, contamination and joints need assessment before a new finish is applied. Our surface preparation service forms part of the work, with the approach selected for the substrate and proposed finish.
If you are planning a handover or repairing an operational warehouse, see our warehouse floor repair and dilapidations service. Share any agreed schedule of works with your enquiry.
Line marking and working zones
Colour zones and demarcation can help identify pedestrian routes, storage bays and working areas. Agree the layout around your site plan and operational requirements, including how markings will connect to entrances, loading areas and existing routes.
Planning access and downtime
Tell us whether the site will remain occupied, what areas can be cleared and when pedestrian or vehicle traffic needs to return. Preparation, repairs, application and curing all affect the programme. Phased work can be discussed where the layout and system permit.
Warehouse flooring questions
How much does warehouse flooring cost?
Area, floor condition, preparation, repairs, selected finish and access affect the quotation. Photographs, plans and any floor survey help establish the scope; a site assessment may be needed.
Can you refurbish a floor without replacing the slab?
Repairs, resurfacing or coatings may be suitable where the existing slab supports the proposed work. Structural defects or continuing movement need assessment before a surface finish is specified.
What should we include in an enquiry?
Send the site postcode, floor area, current surface, traffic and loading details, required finish and available working dates. Include any equipment tolerances or agreed refurbishment requirements.
