This popular range of solvent-free high-build epoxy resin coatings are a great flooring solution for medium duty industrial areas.
Available in a wide variety of colours and with a gloss finish, Flowcoat SF41 gives good chemical and abrasion resistance. It has a nominal thickness of 350-500 microns and it should be applied in two coats directly to the substrate and is also available in anti slip floor finishes for industrial flooring and light car park use.
Flowcoat SK is a Skydrol resistant high performance coating solution for aircraft hangars and MRO facilities with concrete substrates.
Flowseal EPW is water based hygienic epoxy resin coating suitable for light to medium duty applications.

Flowshield LXP is a self smoothing product that can be used on concrete, steel, asphalt, and other surfaces where a flexible coating is required. Typically applied as a self smoother, Flowshield LXP delivers superior resistance to traffic, chemicals, heavy foot and pallet truck traffic.
Flowshield SK is a hygienic self-smoothing resin floor finish with excellent resistance to chemicals and SKYDROL hydraulic fluids found in aerospace environments.

Flowcoat ESD SF41 is a high performance, anti-static and solvent free epoxy resin floor coating with adjustable anti-slip properties. Flowcoat ESD SF41 is suitable for use in areas such as electrical manufacturing and distribution warehouses. This system meets EN IEC 61340 anti-static requirements and is able to protect against a range of acids, alkalis, solvents, alcohol and fuel.
Peran ESD SL is an anti-static, easy-to-clean, self-smoothing resin floor finish. Peran ESD SL meets EN IEC 61340 anti-static requirements and provides a seamless finish that is easy to clean and maintain. Ideal for areas with sustained medium to heavy foot traffic, Peran ESD SL is available in a range of colours giving the ability to enhance the appearance of working environments.
Peran ESD STB Compact is an epoxy-based, slip-resistant floor system that disperses static electricity. Peran ESD STB Compact meets EN IEC 61340-5-1 anti-static requirements and provides a seamless finish that is easy to clean and maintain. Ideal for areas with sustained medium to heavy foot traffic.

Peran STB is a heavy-duty, hand-trowelled epoxy resin flooring system designed for areas subject to high mechanical stress and impact. Installed at approximately 4–5 mm thickness, it provides excellent durability, chemical resistance and long-term performance in demanding environments.

Flowfresh SL | Flowfresh MF | Flowfresh HF
Flowfresh SL A self-smoothing, medium duty, HACCP International certified, antimicrobial treated polyurethane resin floor finish. Flowfresh SL is ideal for dry, packing areas and processing zones subject to light-medium foot and wheeled traffic. This self smoothing system delivers a seamless joint-free finish.
Flowfresh MF is a self-smoothing, HACCP International certified, smooth, matte antimicrobial treated polyurethane resin floor finish applied at thicknesses of 4-6 mm. Flowfresh has been tested against the ISO 22196 standard and has HACCP International Certification and Gold Standard Eurofins Certification for Indoor Air Quality.
Flowfresh HF is a A trowel applied, HACCP International certified resin floor screed applied at 6-9mm. Flowfresh HF hosts a positively textured profile in order to minimise slip risks in wet or damp areas. Incorporating a silver ion antimicrobial additive that is proven to inhibit the growth of most types of harmful bacteria, Flowfresh HF is a suitable choice for environments where hygiene is of paramount importance. At 9mm, Flowfresh is also heat resistant up to temperatures of 120°C.
Seamless Epoxy Terrazzo Flooring
Mondeco offers superior UV stability, the option of larger aggregates for extra visual impact, and a choice of 12mm, 9mm nominal thicknesses, as well as a more economical 6-7mm option. Focusing on exclusivity and easy specification, we have created eight collections as part of our standard range, offering in total 32 design options, using a variety of aggregates within a choice of four RAL coloured resins.
In-keeping with the origins of terrazzo, our eight new collections are inspired by Italian names that reflect the unique individual qualities of each aggregate and resin mix.
Aggregates available include glass, mirror glass, marble, granite and flint although bespoke mixes and colours can be produced to special order on request to offer complete creative freedom.
Floor Levelling and Renovation
Flowscreed Industrial Top | Isocrete SL Renovation
Flowscreed Industrial Top is a fast drying cement-based, pump applied floor topping for fast track renovation of concrete floors. Flowscreed Industrial Top can be used as a wearing screed or with Flowcrete resin toppings to provide better aesthetics and improved wear and chemical resistance. An 8 mm average thickness is a typical expectation on a reasonably level base. This system is suitable for warehouses, production zones, aircraft hangers, automotive and other areas where a hardwearing level floor is needed.
Isocrete SL Renovation is a fast drying, pump applied, self smoothing, fibre reinforced underlayment for fast track renovation of existing floors prior to application of floor coverings e.g. vinyl, carpets, ceramic tiles, wood block, linoleum or cork. Isocrete SL Renovation can be laid over existing floor finishes, such as tiles or flooring grade asphalt. A 10 mm average thickness is a typical expectation on a reasonably level base and at least 13 mm when including glass fibre mesh. It may also receive an epoxy resin finish in areas taking light traffic.
