G-Star London

Ecoflor were asked to produce a floor that looked like a natural concrete floor slab by leading fashion retailers G-Star Raw at their flagship Oxford Street London store.

The existing concrete slab required extensive preparation prior to priming, to remove sheet vinyl and tile adhesives. The prepared ground and basement floor areas were primed using epoxy resin primers and fully broadcast to provide a mechanical key.

The natural concrete effect screed was poured seamlessly in situ with flow and patination marks adding to character. Upon cure the floor was sanded through several stages and sealed with a high performance polyurethane sealer.

The high footfall floor achieves the natural Raw concrete effect G-Star required.
