When a previous tennant to this large industrial warehouse vacated, Ecoflor was tasked with the full refurbishment of the floor to facilitate the new incoming occupier’s business activities.
The existing spalled floor joints were diamond saw cut back and infilled with high strength resin mortar. The floor was preparaed thoroughly using our HTC Superprep diamond floro grinding and vacuume cleaned.
A two coat application of high build epoxy coating was installed throughout the 4,000m2 area in RAL 7035 to create a light environment. The new expansion joints were diamond saw cut back through the finished floor and sealed with high performance joint sealant suitable for warehouse environments.
The finished floor continues to demonstrate Ecoflor’s competence as the UK’s leading floor painting contractor.
