Ecoflor prepares and coats car park floors for owners, managing agents and facilities teams. Whether the brief is to renew worn finishes, refresh parking bays or define pedestrian routes, we start with the existing floor and the way the car park operates.
Define what needs repainting
Identify the deck areas, ramps, bays and walkways included in the work. Tell us which coatings are already in place, where they are worn or lifting and whether any areas are affected by water ingress or previous repairs.
Preparation before the new coating
The quotation should state what will be removed, how the surface will be prepared and which repairs are included. Compatibility with retained finishes must be considered before recoating. Areas that need a wider repair or waterproofing solution should be identified rather than covered by a cosmetic painting allowance.
Match the coating to the location
The selected system needs to reflect the deck, vehicle use, cleaning and exposure. See our car park coating systems to discuss basement, intermediate and exposed-deck options. Where the brief includes water ingress or a broader refurbishment package, use our car park refurbishment service.
Where included in the brief, wall and soffit coatings can be scoped alongside the floor coating and markings. Identify any anti-carbonation requirement and the condition of existing finishes separately.
Agree the layout and working programme
Confirm bay lines, pedestrian areas, directions and any other demarcation before installation. Phasing should be discussed with the operator so that closures, access routes and the return to use are understood. The final programme is confirmed for the selected system and actual site conditions.
Request a car park painting quotation
Include the number of decks, approximate floor areas, photographs, any drawings and the dates available for closures. Tell us whether walls, soffits or other finishes form part of the brief so the quotation can state the agreed scope.
Request a Quotation with the site postcode, approximate floor area, photographs and required programme.
