Traffic, substrate condition, weather exposure and cleaning influence the specification. A basement, intermediate level and exposed top deck can require different systems.

Discuss the required texture and resistance to wear, spills and exposure. Painting alone should not be assumed to resolve structural damage or water ingress.

Concrete preparation and repairs

Ecoflor assesses existing coatings, contamination, cracks, damaged areas and moisture before proposing the work. Mechanical surface preparation can include diamond grinding or captive shot blasting, selected for the substrate and existing finish.

Repairs are defined around the defects found. Joints need appropriate detailing; the repair method should account for their intended movement. Removal of unsuitable coatings and any required levelling should be included in the scope.

Car park line marking

We can include parking bays, accessible spaces, EV charging bays, parent-and-child spaces, directional arrows, pedestrian routes, hazard markings and bay numbers. Supply an approved layout and any colour or signage requirements.

Marking materials and surface preparation should suit the substrate and traffic. Agree the layout before work starts so coatings and markings can be coordinated.

Refurbishment around your operations

Share busy periods, delivery routes, access restrictions and the parking capacity that must remain available. Phased work can be assessed against the layout and installation requirements.

The programme allows for preparation, repairs, priming, coating stages, markings and curing before traffic resumes. Adjacent operational areas need appropriate separation, with ventilation and access arrangements agreed for the chosen materials.

Care and maintenance

Service life depends on the system, traffic and maintenance. Agree cleaning methods and inspection needs at handover. Prompt attention to worn areas or damage helps inform maintenance before wider refurbishment becomes necessary.
